Anatomy Studies for Yoga Teachers (ASFYT) is a comprehensive series of courses in musculoskeletal anatomy, injury awareness/ prevention and the anatomy of yoga asana.  The program was originally created by Jason Ray Brown as a continuing education opportunity for yoga teachers wanting to deepen their knowledge of musculoskeletal anatomy.  However, while the program is oriented toward yoga teachers, yoga students, Pilates instructors, dancers, personal trainers and people from all walks of life have enrolled and we warmly welcome anyone with a sincere desire to learn more about the subjects that we offer.  No prior knowledge of anatomy is required to enroll, but some experience with yoga will be helpful.
